  Call for Application for the Chinese Government Scholarship Programme

(EU Window)

(2010/2011 academic year)

As a follow-up of the 2006 China-EU Summit, the Chinese Government launched a scholarship progamme entitled the Chinese Government Scholarship Programme (EU Window) in January, 2007.

This programme is a full scholarship scheme set up by the Chinese Ministry of Education for European students with the goodwill to expand student exchanges between China and the European Union. The programme will provide 100 full scholarships per academic year from 2007 to 2011. Young people from the EU countries with senior high school diploma and above are welcome to apply for this programme. The age limit is between 18 and 35 (including 18 and 35).

The deadline for application for the academic year 2010/2011 (September 1, 2010---June/July 2011) is March 30th 2010. Applicants are advised to send their application documents as early as possible by post. Application documents arrived at the following address later than March 30, 2010 will not be considered.
