On July 3, 2009, H. E. Mr. Song Zhe, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Head of the Mission of the People's Republic of China to the European Communities with President Anne-Marie Cécile J. Neyts-Uyttebroeck, President of the European Liberal Democrat and Reform Party. The two sides exchanged views on China-EU relations and cooperation between the political parties and legislative bodies. The first vice chairman Lambsdorff of the ALDE at the European Parliament, was present at the meeting.
